Surrendering a cat

Unfortunately, we always seem to have a long waiting list of cats that need to be surrendered for some reason.

In the meantime, there are some ways we may be able to help you keep your cat.

Use our online surrender form below and release agreement to let us know a little more about the circumstances and your cat.

Support Us To Find Your Cat A New Home

Donate $50 to help us find a new home for your cat.

All donations we receive go toward the care and treatment of our cats or to support our activities to find homes for those living with our foster families.

This fee is refundable only if we do not accept the cat into our rescue.

Historically, the cost to vet a cat in preparation for it to be adopted averages $150.

To help defray the costs of caring for the cat you are releasing to us, AZ MCCR requests a $50 owner surrender fee.
